Lotus has learned that with our expansion in the past year how important Customer Service and attention to detail is with our loyal followers. That's why we have decided to open the floor to you to tell us about your great customer service experiences. 

It's easy for us to think about the bad ones, they are so common that we have almost become numb to poor treatment but we do get excited when treated well. So let's all share what makes places great, call names...its' time for people to get some credit...I'll start...

 

Anika from Caribbean Airlines...where ever you are out there, you are a shining example of what great customer service is. You called back when you said you would, made sure that the appropriate follow up was done and created a sense of confidence in an emergency. Kudos to you for being amazing!
